We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with superb staff, stunningly beautiful grounds, and comfortable luxurious rooms with balconies. The hotel's facilities with a lovely hot tub bath in our room and a beautiful swimming pool and tub outside, was so nice. The hotel also provided a perfect and unique breakfast experience and had easy parking and transportation to and from this city.

Spent Christmas at this lovely hotel and it was great! The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with amazing views of the mountains and lake. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh bread and fruit. The spa and fireplace in the room were a nice touch for a romantic getaway. The staff were friendly and gave us a small package to take for our early morning flight.
The location was a bit far from the town center and some might find it difficult to get to. , the restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was worth it and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The luxurious amenities and personalized service at this hotel surpassed my expectations. the outdoor pool and garden area provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. My private room offered breathtaking views of the surroundings, complete with exclusive facilities for my comfort. the restaurant served delectable dishes, with a diverse selection to cater to varying tastes. the location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The only minor issue encountered was a slight delay during check-in, which was promptly resolved.

The restaurant at the hotel is highly decorated with 3 Michelin stars, but sadly the taste of the food is unmemorable. the vegetables were overcooked. the hotel location is quite far from the lake but taking a run down to the lake is a good way to work up an appetite. the staff is friendly and breakfast is ample.
The hotel lacks a bar, drinks menu, and facilities to eat anything other than lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

Beautiful views and comfortable rooms. the location is perfect for a peaceful vacation.
Poor service and lack of attention from staff. Despite being a luxury hotel, there was no bar or snack area available.

Fine grounds, comfortable bed, beautiful views, superb breakfast, hospitable staff, lovely hot tub and swimming pool.
